My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable with some nice amenities, but the service was lacking friendliness and warmth. The location was beautiful, albeit a bit crowded at times. The dining options were limited, but the facilities were decent overall.

The hotel is definitely not a 5-star experience, with dirty and old rooms that have sticky floors, broken toilet paper stand, and dirty beds. Joining single beds for kids comes at a high cost. The service is lacking, with uncooperative staff and a horrible smell in the villa. The location is good for family vacations, but the food quality is subpar in some areas. Dining options are oily and heavy, with odd missing items like eggs and vegetables. Facilities need improvement and seem overpriced.

The hotel is luxurious but lacks attention to safety and accessibility in the rooms. The basement location with no view and non-functional jacuzzi could be disappointing. On the bright side, the polite and helpful service stands out despite some issues with courtesy. The location is awesome on a hilltop, offering unique experiences near the mountains, although it could benefit from more outside seating area. The dining experience was satisfactory, with room for improvement in variety. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives for guests to consider.
